Gordon Allen | Director

Gordon has over 30 years in the building and construction industry focusing on design management of extensions, renovations and custom building projects. Gordon has a broad working knowledge of many facets of the building and construction industry and is an experienced Registered Builder in Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Throughout his career, Gordon has received multiple awards from the Master Builders Association and was the recipient of the ‘Builders Registration Board of WA Award’ for outstanding achievement in the pursuit of building knowledge. Gordon’s passion for functional design and cost-effective buildability is perfect as your first step towards realising your dreams.


Rorey Flynn | Director

Rorey has over 20 years of building, construction, estimating and procurement management experience, and he is a Registered Builder in Western Australia. On completion of his apprenticeship, Rorey established a carpentry business, servicing commercial and residential projects from renovations and extensions to new custom home builds. Rorey’s role is pivotal to ensure our client’s budget is managed with selection advice, cost-effective alternatives are sought, and works are planned and scheduled carefully.


Sean McCormack | General Manager

Sean has over 25 years of Commercial, Industrial, Civil and Residential Construction, Estimating and Procurement Management experience, and is a Registered Builder. On completion of his Carpentry Apprenticeship, Sean completed the National Certificate in Building Studies (UK) and was promoted to Assistant Site Manager. Sean then progressed to Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, won an award for Site Management and has been a Project Manager in WA for over 10 years. Sean is dedicated to delivering high-quality precision outcomes to all our clients. Sean’s drive, and eye for detail is the reason we promise our high quality projects are finished on time, every time, guaranteed.
